Arts Management · Operations · Events — Available in Australia

Both sides of the curtain.

I manage arts organisations the way only someone who has stood on stage can — a decade of operations leadership, anchored by a Master of Business Management with distinction, and proven by festival seasons across Aotearoa.

The approach

Two disciplines. One person.

Most arts managers understand the spreadsheet or the stage. The organisations that thrive are run by people who understand both.

The Boardroom
Operations rigour
National multi-site leadership, systems built from scratch, teams onboarded and trained, budgets held. The infrastructure that lets creative work happen.
  • National Operations Lead — 7 stores, 100+ staff
  • Manager Training Manual — adopted across 3 openings
  • Procurement, payroll, POS/CRM systems, H&S
  • MBM Strategy (Distinction) · Beta Gamma Sigma
The Stage
Performance fluency
A decade of active practice across contemporary dance, festivals, and screen. I know what artists need because I have been the artist — and what venues need because I have run one.
  • Auckland Arts Festival · Splore · Dunedin Fringe
  • Best in Fringe runner-up — Dunedin 2024
  • Venue operations — Wellesley Studios, ongoing
